XIAOMA REWARDS Membership Program


Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Ginza Xiaoma Reward Program, including program

enrollment, points accumulation and redemption, and any related membership benefits. By registering

through the Ginza Xiaoma website or mobile app and clicking “Agree,” you confirm that you have

read, understood, and accepted these terms. Ginza Xiaoma reserves the right to amend these terms

at any time.


This program is for individual use only and rewards are based on personal spending with Asu Brand

Co., LTD. The program is valid at all Ginza Xiaoma retail stores and on our official website

(ginzaxiaoma.com), excluding rental services.


After registering, each member will receive a unique membership number, which can be viewed under

“My Account” on ginzaxiaoma.com.

Each person may register for one account only, for personal use by the registered member.


Membership accounts may not be shared, transferred, or used for commercial purposes. Only one

Ginza Xiaoma Reward Program account is permitted per person. Accounts cannot be merged and

redeemed points cannot be reused.


If a member chooses to cancel their account, all accumulated points and benefits will be immediately

void and cannot be recovered or used for future purchases.


Ginza Xiaoma reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior

notice. In the event of major changes, members will be informed appropriately. Continued use of the

program, including accumulating or redeeming points, constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.


Ginza Xiaoma also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or change the program at any time. If a

member’s status is terminated, all benefits—including accumulated points and rewards—will be

immediately invalidated. Ginza Xiaoma is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by changes,

cancellation, or invalidation of points or cash rewards.


These terms are governed by local law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of

the local courts.


If Ginza Xiaoma reasonably determines that a member has engaged in fraud, abuse, or behavior

beyond typical personal use (such as unusually high purchasing volume), we may suspend or

terminate membership at our discretion and cancel all accumulated points and benefits.


Notifications to members will be made using methods deemed appropriate by us (such as email,

in-app notifications, or the official website), and members are responsible for checking such

notifications.


Registration under a corporate name is not allowed. Benefits are non-transferable.


Membership Level

Members have one year from the date of enrollment to accumulate qualifying spending toward tier

status. Tier tracking begins on the date of membership registration. Upon reaching the required spend

threshold, the tier is upgraded immediately, and the membership is extended for another year from

that date.


To maintain the same tier in the following membership year, members must meet the required annual

spending threshold. Otherwise, the tier will be downgraded at the start of the new membership year.


Only purchases recorded under the member’s account are eligible for tier calculation. Transactions

made without using the member account will not be counted.


How to earn poins

Members earn 1 point for every JPY 200 spent. For in-store purchases, please present your member

ID or the email used for registration. For online purchases, you must be logged into your member

account to earn points. Points cannot be added retroactively if member information is not provided at

checkout.


Points from online orders will be credited after the order is shipped and received, typically within 5–7

business days.


Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared with third parties, including other members. Ginza

Xiaoma reserves the right to modify eligible purchases, point accumulation rules, and point values at

any time, with final interpretation at its discretion.


If no purchases are recorded under a member account for 12 consecutive months, Ginza Xiaoma

reserves the right to reset the member’s point balance and tier status.


How to use points

To redeem points in-store, present your member ID or registration email at checkout. For online

purchases, log in to your account and select point redemption at checkout.


Points cannot be applied retroactively if a member account was not used at the time of purchase.

Points cannot be combined with other promotions. Ginza Xiaoma reserves the right to modify point

usage rules at any time.
